Genesis of Peoria

I cannot recommend this dealership more highly! Malik was super straightforward during the sales process. There was no pressure, just great information and terrific communication. Austen was great with paperwork, and had it ready to go when I arrived. This is a dealership - and people - who made car shopping a really positive experience. Did I mention, the car is gorgeous, and even better than I expected?

Genesis of Peoria makes buying a new luxury vehicle quick and simple. The sales people there are zero pressure and friendly. They gave me a great deal on a new GV70 Sport Prestige 3.5T, and I have zero regrets. The car is absolutely amazing and I'm coming from both Mercedes AMG and Porsche. I'd like to thank Aaron, Edgar, D'Shon, and Brandon all for being informative and friendly. If you're thinking about purchasing one of these amazing new Genesis vehicles Give them a chance. It's worth it. I drove from the far east side of Mesa to purchase there, and I'd do it again.

Malik was fantastic to work with! Dealership was very nice and inviting. Love the quality of the vehicles. Only disappointing part was the detailers did a terrible job prepping our new vehicle for delivery - lots of water spots all over the car especially the windshield.

Pat at Genesis of Peoria is an absolute legend. I walked in thinking I was just buying a car. Pat treated it like he was personally handing me the keys to a spaceship and needed to make sure I knew how to fly it. He answered every single one of my (sometimes ridiculous) questions with the patience of a saint and the knowledge of someone who probably dreams in GV80 specs. (I know this because he personally owns the same vehicle) From the financing to the walkthrough, everything was smooth, the rate was shockingly good, and he actually followed up — like, actually followed up. Not the usual “text me if you have questions” ghosting you usually get. Honestly, if every car salesman was this competent and helpful, the whole industry would be ruined. Pat ruined me for all future dealers. I now expect this level of service and I’m probably going to be disappointed forever. 10/10, would let Pat sell me another overpriced luxury vehicle I don’t need. Highly recommend. Go see this man.

My entire “shop/drive/purchase” experience at Genesis of Peoria was outstanding. My salesman, Pat Bria, was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I was interested in the 2026 GV70 and GV80. Pat provided detailed info on both models and answered all my questions. He showed me several cars of each model …if you can’t find the perfect car for you on this lot, you’re not serious about buying a Genesis…the selection is unbelievable! After driving both models, Pat and I talked prices on the GV80. That is when I met Austin, the Sales Mngr., who was exceptional in his role. We agreed on a price, but I did not buy. I expected pressure to buy from Austin, but there wasn’t any! I left with a deal in hand. The next morning I thought Pat would call to press me for a decision, but he didn't call. Finally, I called Pat! We met later that day and I purchased the GV80! As part of the purchase process, I met with D’Shawn, the Finance Director, who also was very personable and professional. I enjoyed our conversation while completing the paperwork. When we finished, Pat spent quite a bit of time familiarizing me with my GV80, setting some of the electronic features, and encouraging me to call him whenever I have a question about the car! The bottom line is you owe yourself a trip to Genesis of Peoria, where you will be served by friendly, competent, and professional people!
