Tevin was absolutely amazing! We had the best experience, and she truly went above and beyond for us. Even though she was the only associate available at the time and was helping three other customers, she made sure that everyone received the attention and experience they deserved. She worked incredibly hard, and you could tell that every customer was genuinely happy with her service. People like Tevin are so hard to find in the industry nowadays. Carvana is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing employee and associate. I would have never believed that having Carvana buy our car would be such a wonderful and shockingly easy transaction! I opened Carvana website, typed required vehicle information and got the value immediately! We went to a dealership and offered our car as a trade in and they we so much lower than what Carvana offered. So we bought our car at the dealer in the late morning and then off to our afternoon appointment to take our 2020 Elantra Value Edition to Carvana. We had all the required info, title and keys when we got there. On the selling information, they said they would possibly take it on a short drive, look it over real good then run a diagnostic test. . The gentleman(can't remember his name) who greeted us and got our keys. The car was 5 years old but looked like it was brand new so we were feeling good about getting what was offered. He went out, looked over the car in their parking lot for a few minutes then came back and said our offer was accepted. It was that quick. We signed the papers, he said it could take 24 to 48 hours to go into our bank account. We took a few pictures of our car and said thanks and goodbye to our old car. Got into our new car and drove home. We actually got our money into our checking account in less than 12 hours! Just incredible how this whole process took place for us! Thank you Carvana for a wonderfully painless, gratifying and valuable experience in selling our car to you! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I had an easy going experience with this company. The transition was smooth and the car I purchased was flawless. Would consider doing business with them again. Also you save so much on dealer's fees and documentation fees for registration. I understand they will be offering new cars soon. I secured the financial part with my Credit Union. NO problem. Glad I did. There are several things you must do to get the vehicle, which is to be expected. Also you get a 7 day trial period. If you don't like it, take it back. I didn't have a trade in so can't comment on that. No haggling and no hassle.

Worst experience of my life! I just drove it off the lot. Returned this on Saturday. Now on Monday, they just informed me that I will be getting my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I just paid a good $23,000+ for nothing. On top of this slap in the face, I will get back the shipping deposit probably a week after this which was another $1,990. It not only was leaking transmission fluid. It also didn't have a spare tire and under the hood. It was missing a lot of rivets! They obviously did not do the inspection they say they did. When everything started, I was so excited. I waited one whole week for this car and for it to be trash every tire was a different tire brand. All the chrome on the outside seem faded or worn out. I understand it's a used car but it had tons of little scratches look like it was over waxed or something like that. And a hassle of getting my money back is just the worst thing about it. I need to get a car now not 10 to 15 business days later to get all my money back.

2017 Ford Explorer 1FM5K7D86HGD64284. Car was filthy on arrival. Cabin air filter needs to be changed. Smells like mildew. Air pressure in tires were below required psi on arrival. No splash guard under vehicle. Looks like rust on cv axel. There were imperfections that were not shown on photos. Future buyers get your car checked by a mechanic before 7 days are up and if you have a trade in I would see the vehicle in person first before you sign it over which Carvana does not let you. Pretty much you have to buy vehicle first before you see vehicle. Running credit inquiries for a car which does not match pictures is bad business.
