I had an absolute 11/10 experience with these guys! As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous but as soon as I walked in I immediately felt comfortable. No pressure, and everything was explained in detail. Also, ASK FOR ETHAN!!! He was wonderful and so helpful. (The red carpet and bow were just the cherry on top on this great experience!)
First time buying a car. Malcolm and Mitchell made it very quick and easy. Also really appreciate Ethan for all the helpful insight too. Went in about 90% sure on the car I wanted. Told him what I was looking for in a car and recommended the exact same car. Let me test drive a couple cars that really weren’t on my radar but they were definitely very nice. For my only day off and being open on July 4th and needing to drive off with a car that very day, I’m very thankful to them for being open and and making it a very pleasant experience.
Alicia Chaney is the absolute best ! I will be sending majority of my friends and family to her. She was so patient, and she definitely got the job done. 100/100. The Good: Sales team was friendly and responsive via phone/text; brought the car to me for a test drive (big points). Website and choices were easy to manage and view. Pricing was the best overall. Very good tires and overall, the exterior of the car was very clean. Vehicle Issues: At delivery, only 1/2 tank of gas provided, missing floor mats, one key fob, and cigarette odor when running AC requiring detailing/new filter (did not notice on test drive). Process Issues: Less than 5 minutes facetime with my salesperson, handoff delivered by someone else with no feature walkthrough, and other handoff process glitches. Overall decent experience; better than the average brand dealer.
