I had a great customer service experience with everyone I encountered. My representative, Tamika, was excellent, honest, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She definitely earns 5 stars. I’m giving my overall experience 4 stars because the vehicle needed an immediate oil change, and I do wish it had been vacuumed and detailed a little more before leaving. To be clear, it wasn’t dirty — it just could’ve used a quick touch-up, likely from previous test drives. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and appreciate the great service I received. Would highly recommend.
