This was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. I was in a real mess, but I came here and received top tier service! The staff is so helpful, especially Mr. Kevin and Mr. Mike, and will go above and beyond to help you get what you need.

I came to Dean Mitchell exhausted, disappointed, and in tears from trying to purchase a vehicle. I am a single woman, had $500 cash, and terrible credit. I tried and tried almost every avenue to obtain a vehicle that was within my budget, nice, and reliable. As soon as I walked in the door of Dean Mitchell I was welcomed with kindness and love. As I told the salesman my situation and problem, he spoke of nothing but positivity and assured me multiple times that he would get me taken care of. I was then introduced to the entire team at Dean Mitchell, was dealt with positively and respectfully as I purchased my vehicle. I am very proud of my 2021 Kia Sportage, which is nicer than I ever expected to be able to afford or finance and confident in my purchase due to my interaction with everyone there. I will recommend Dean Mitchell Auto Mall to anyone and everyone looking to purchase to a vehicle, especially those of us who have less than stellar credit. I cannot thank Dean Mitchell enough or begin to explain how much it meant to have the team go above and beyond to help me obtain transportation.

I bought a used Nissan Versa from Dean Mitchell Auto Mall a week ago and I am highly satisfied with the service, product, and communication that I have been treated to in their care. I was immediately comforted by their sales team and was communicated with well through the entire process of buying the car. WRITING THIS IN EFFORT TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DEAN MITCHELL AUTO MALL Three weeks ago, I came in person to purchase a vehicle at Dean Mitchell Auto Mall. Prior to arriving, I had called to discuss the car I wished to see: a 2019 Honda Pilot. When I arrived, the rear driver side window of the Pilot was broken. However, the salesman (Mike Rattle) ensured that he would pay to fix it and even signed a contract ensuring he would pay for the replacement of the window. Mike noted that the battery in the vehicle was brand new and the tires were in great condition. The dealer signed a written warranty that anything that needed to be fixed or replaced during the first 30 days up to $2,500 would be covered by Dean Mitchell Auto Mall. WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF OWNING THIS CAR: 1. I have had to replace all four tires due to the tires being warped. 2. Following the car dying this week, I had to replace the battery (which in fact was not brand new as advertised). 3. Today, I ordered and replaced the window. Dean Mitchell Auto Mall and the salesmen were aware that I was having the window replaced within the first 30 days of owning the car. Following the service, I called Dean Mitchell Auto Mall to pay to service over the phone. Mike Rattle answered and promptly refused to pay for the window. I then contacted the manager about the problem and he said he had no idea of the contract signed. I showed him the contract and he offered to pay for only 30% of the price of the window. He still has not paid any portion or completed the invoice sent to him by the Honda dealership. None of the expenses listed above (tires, battery, window) have been covered as promised in the warranty. From my experience, they are dishonest with their description of the vehicles on their lot, and they do not follow through with their written contracts.
