Absolutely best customer service you could ask for. Everyone was incredibly nice from sales to owner to finance. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. They had cleaned the vehicle up very well. Dock fee was a fraction of the price of other dealers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great used vehicle that has been looked at and taken care of.

We live in Gadsden and have been searching for a truck for months, after getting the run around at other lots My husband found one online he liked at Bryant Used Cars. We went down to look at it and I'm glad we did. Customer service was great! Joe was super helpful and informative and got us a better deal on a newer truck with less miles. We've had it about two months now and couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be back when it's time for me a new vehicle. I highly recommend these guys! Best car buying experience.

This is our 3rd car to purchase from Bryant Used Cars and this most recent purchase was by far the best and easiest process we have ever experienced. Not only did we get a great car with great service, but they offered a lifetime power train warranty and a 150,000 mile full warranty at no additional costs involved. They even processed all the paperwork and financing on the spot with a great rate through a credit union partner they use. They have even followed up several times to see how the car was and if we needed anything further to let them know!

If there was an option for 0 stars then that would be more ideal. Paid right at $20,000 for a vehicle with 110,000 miles. After 3 weeks the check engine light pops up and the vehicle started smoking. Took it to a mechanic and it needed major repairs to the motor. The owner drug me around for 2 weeks and didn’t have the backbone to tell me that he wasn’t going to help fix it until I finally had to flat out ask him. Now I’m out about another $5,000 for vehicle repairs. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time with this place.
