This is a small dealership with trustworthy people. They listened to our needs, recommended a few excellent cars, and accomodated our baby in their waiting room and office. The dealership specializes in reliable cars that may not always be flashy, but give you your money's worth. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Definitely getting emotional typing this message but the experience I had today was beyond belief. Not only that I've been getting denied because of a past mistake with my credit Kut Auto didn't judge me they helped me far beyond what I expected. I really thought I was wasting my time but they treated me like family. That was rare from a dealership. They put me in an awesome car that I named Blu. For a price I couldn't say no to. I'm so grateful for you guys. I'm so grateful. Y'all made my week.

First let me start by saying I just love them they treat me like family , I never had a problem with my car I never even had a problem with them. They very understanding as long as you communicate they most def do they part , we actually grew a bond outside of me just buying a car from them. I love there customer service I always advise anybody around to get a car from them

I called and spoke with Andy. I advised him of my previous BK and it being discharged, he insured me that they would be able to assist me is I came up with a good down payment. He advised me of 3 different amounts to come up with for a down payment. Once I came up with the down payment I called and spoke with a very friendly staff member who advised me that it's buy here pay here and my credit score doesn't matter. The fact that I am a previous BK client, which they didn't even give me the option to explain, he advised me that I couldn't be financed, because he didn't want me filing another BK on his behalf. He doesn't even report to the credit Bureau. It's sad that I was referred to this company by my Coordinator through a Recovery Housing Program to get assistance. I am giving one star due to wasting my time, and lying to me. Thank you! I'm just only one review so I'm sure this won't affect your ratings much.

Highly DONT RECOMMEND I love Nathan and Gigi but that Andy is the most rudest unprofessional smart mouth inconsiderate person I have EVER in life met. I was told on Friday I was 28 days past due and paid to almost current. I owed 705 with my new payment being added that day and only owe $171 and am being told my car is getting repossessed and that it is an all or nothing payment. He doesn’t want to work with you and talks as if you’re a nobody. The fact that I came up with that amount in less than 5 hours should say at least you’re trying. Then when asked to speak to the manager Nathan was told he’s in and out and he can’t help you but has helped me before. I informed the company that I don’t see anywhere in the contract about the repossession policy because at this point I stated I need a lawyer to look over the contract because it’s unheard of to only be 3 days late and be repossessed now no one is responding to calls or texts
