Well for i just learned they're now closed down! But i was they very 1st customer! And to be honest. They were absolute great. They was patient. They worked with me til i was able to find something in my pay range and all. And when i finally chose my car which was 2007 Honda accord like a week after getting my car the powering steering was acting up i called then they told me to bring it back they fixed it. With no cost and my car was a as is! They were very nice people. I had my car for a year! I had to let it go for personal reason. Other than that i woulda kept my car.

I find it very odd there are so many bad reviews but somehow the owners always have an excuse for there behavior or situation. I purchased a vehicle a year ago from them. Paid a total of 1500 for my down payment in the course of three weeks i became ill. Due to cancer treatments i was receiving in the process i was put in hospital. Paperwork that needed to be signed and filled out didnt get done. After regaining my health i went in signed paperwork where they also asked for 300 more dollars towards my down payment. I signed new contract and left exactly 4 days later i had to come back and resign paperwork because of my health it took me approximately 5 days to return but within those 5 days my car was repoed and ALL MY MONEY WAS KEPT THAT I PAID TO THEM FOR MY DOWN PAYMENT. I then found out that the down payment was never even sent to finance company. So now as a single young mother with health issues i had given this company all my money and they had taken there car back and didnt return or offer even part of down payment back. So they got 1500 from me and there car back in a course of a month. Now I dont expect to drive a car for free but an effort could have been made to at least return part of my down payment or something instead i was ripped off they pocketed my money and got there car back. I feel like the paperwork should have been completed before i even drove off the lot. Not to mention I was told to lie to finance company during an over the phone interview instructing me to inform them i had paid full 1800 when i had only paid 1500. If your going to do business with them watch your back This is actually Ms Keith i didnt realize it posted twice but no I NEVER DEFAULTED ON ANY PAYMENTS I DIDNT HAVE VEHICLE LONG ENOUGH IN FACT FINANCE COMPANY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ME IN COMPUTER SO THEREFORE I CAN POST PAPERWORK AND DATES SHOWING I DIDNT DEFAULT IVE TRIED TO GET YALL TO MAKE THIS RIGHT BUT CANT GET A CALL BACK AND YES A YEAR LATER BC IM JUST NOW ABLE TO TRY TO PUT ANOTHER DOWN PAYMENT ON A CAR BUT HAVE STARTED A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU ALL AND THE TRUTH is exactly how i stated you guys never sent my down payment to finance company so how could they repo i DIDNT DEFAULT OMN ANY PAYMENTS I DIDNT HAVE VEHICLE LONG ENOUGH IVE TRIED CALLING CANT GET A CALL BACK AND WAS LAST TOLD YOU WOULD TALK WITH OWNER AND TRY TO GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK.I DEFAULTED YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER SAID THAT BUT I HAVE DATES AND DOCUMENTATION IN LONG RUN THE TRUTH WILL WIN AND COST YOU GUYS ALOT MORE THEN 1300

I bought a truck from them feb 2016 and now its January of 2017....my engine knocking like a cop at the door.its sad....i called them and they didn't even offered to help or anything. But turned around an said u owe us 400 dollars on ur down payment from last year........listen every sense i first got the truck i had to fix several problems on it.but yet they sayingi owe them nawl seems like to me they owe me for all of the repairs i had to pay outta pocket. .....its sad man this place some else.

I had previously given a good review but after my dealings with you guys I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOU ALL. I put a down payment on a vehicle (all the money I had) and in the course of giving them $1300 I was hospitalized due to cancer treatments I was receiving during this process. Well because apparently the car lot let me drive off lot I'm assuming because they wanted my money that never even reached the finance company i found out later paperwork had to be redone and they asked for another $300 now totaling 1800 because I was in hospital it took approximately 10 to 12 days for me to come in where I then re signed another contract and updated my contact information and left I get another phone call asking for more paperwork to be done well because of my health issues it took 4 to5 days for me to return in that time period i spoke with finance company everyday but I'm that 5 day when i told finance company i would be in next day THEY CAME THAT MORINING AND REPOED MY CAR AND KEPT MY DOWN PAYMENT NOW AS A SINGLE MOTHER WITH HEALTH ISSUES I HAD GIVEN THIS COMPANY EVERY PENNY I HAD FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY KEPT MY DOWN PAYMENT AND TOOK THE CAR BACK NOW I DON'T EXPECT TO DRIVE A CAR FOR FREE BY NO MEANS BUT AN EFFORT COULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO GIVE ME A PARTIAL PART OF DOWN PAYMENT BACK OR SOMETHING I LATER FOUND OUT THAT MY DOWN PAYMENT WAS NEVER EVEN SENT TO THE FINANCE COMPANY SO THEY GOT THERE VEHICLE BACK AND ALL MY MONEY OVER SIGNED PAPERWORK WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ME SIGN ALL PAPER WORK BEFORE I DROVE OFF LOT . LIKE I STATED I DON'T EXPECT TO DRIVE A CAR FOR FREE BUT HOW DO THESE GUYS FEEL.KNOWING THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY TOOK CAR BACK AND NEVER TRIED TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT I WASN'T EXPECTING ALL MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK BUT AN EFFORT TO MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT ESPECIALLY SINCE ONE OWNER IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PREACHER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT CHURCH HE ATTENDS BUT LAST TIME I CHECKED IT WASN'T GODLY TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY AND CAR. I COULD NEVER LEAVE A SINGLE MOM WITH HEALTH ISSUES TAKE HER MONEY AND CAR AND NEVER ATTEMPT TO MAKE A MENDS. ALL I'M SAYING WATCH YOUR BACK IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GENTLEMEN BC I'M INTERESTED TO SEE WHAT EXCUSE OR LIE THEY HAVE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!!!!!!!
