I’m not sure why people are giving such bad reviews. First of all when you’re purchasing a car from a used buy here pay here lot you have to go in it with the mindset that you’re probably going to have to do a few repairs to the vehicle. These cars are sold “As Is” and you sign papers stating that you know the cars are sold “As Is” upon making the purchase. I’ve had to do some repairs to the vehicle I’ve purchased but overall it’s a great car! It’s not a “lemon”. You should take a mechanic with you and have them check the car out when you’re doing your test drive of the car. Tom is awesome! Everyone is always polite and have great customer service! I can’t speak on what happens if you miss a car payment because I’ve never missed a payment, but as with ANY car lot, New or Used, if you miss your car payment they are going to come and get their car back! So that is to be expected! Love my car! 5 Stars to Tom and Centerpoint Motors. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve had good experiences with these guys. First of all, at a “Buy Here Pay Here”, your expectations shouldn’t be high at all. You know what you are doing. It’s a cheaper route to take in car buying with much more risk. Bought two solid cars from them. They had a few problems of course but they handled them very well and I got both paid off within a year and a half. My advice? If you lack knowledge of vehicles, don’t ever go to a car lot by yourself or with others who lack knowledge. Take a knowledgeable person with you. Test drive the car, feel it out, listen to the motor, research and come back if you have to. Don’t just make haste and buy car because it looks good. Learn about it first. By the way, they are some very polite people.

I have no clue who said Randy was a crook but he's a great man. These people don't know anything about real life. They expect to get free cars and not have to worry about having a repo done. Randy and the gang hooked me up with my car at a great price and it still drives great. Obviously some people struggle to wrap their brains around the world of business. Overall, Randy is possibly the nicest man I know and is in what the kids say these days, the GOAT... thank you.

I bought a car from these crooks with my tax money a couple years back. I had the car a week before it completely stopped on me. I had to get a new starter to go on it and that showed the next issue. The car would run hot and completely smoke after driving it. Long story short the only sell lemons. Cars that look good on the outside, and every car you see with their tag looks nice but it never lasts. Even their mechanic told me a guy bought a car from them and it caught fire as soon as he went on the highway with it. This place should not be in business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE l!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Biggest crooks DO NOT purchase a car from him!!!! He sold me a car within two weeks of me driving it the battery kept dying the battery was actually too small for the car so I took it back to him for him to just put a bigger but small battery in there and within a few more weeks my alternator went out. My car shut completely down while I was driving it with my kids in the car!!!! So by me having to get the car fixed I was late making my payment and he came and towed my car!!!
