Shaikh and Miguel were very kind and got me the car I wanted at a SIGNIFICANTLY better deal than I expected. I was disappointed with my pre-approval results online but Shaikh shopped for me and got the interest rate lower than I’d even expected. It was a terrible day dealing with disrespect from many dealers, but this place felt like a breath of fresh air after that. I drove the car home to Tennessee and had no issues. I am very pleased!

Our experience started off rocky (which were several things) but the issues were addressed. If my mom really didn't want this particular vehicle I would have told her to pick another option... I would have left a 4 star rating but the check engine light came on 3 days after our purchase. Found out our warranty info was not put in the day of the purchase and was told we had to wait 7 days to do a claim... Also what made me to go ahead and leave a review was, I was told check engine lights come on with used cars very nonchalantly. Yes, a whole attitude change after the deal was signed. Update: The dealership said motor work has to be done.
