Oh what can I say I was so nervous about getting a car from a dealership but Kwame was so patience and made my experience as comfortable as possible. He was very helpful and professional.My mom was very pleased with Kwame presence lol. I love my car and thank you Kwame again for helping me from start to finish and making the process easy and smooth.

I first want to start by saying KWAME JAMFI, the salesman that I first spoke with on the phone and dealt with was very professional, understanding, and this review does not reflect on him in anyway. I made an appointment four days prior to my visit to Test drive and possibly buy a Toyota Camry. After inspecting the car, there was deep scratches where the car had been keyed and a couple other things that was not mentioned. We were working out a deal for cash money when it was brought to my attention there was another couple looking at The same car to try to finance it. $300, that would have been the difference they would have missed out on but considering the deep scratches all over the car and the window tint that was so bad you could not see out most windows but definitely the back glass, the owner should have been willing to negotiate, especially with cash!! While Kwame & I was waiting for the owner to accept or decline the offer, The whole time the other couple that was in the owners office signing paperwork on the same car. The owner would not even make eye contact with me the whole time I sat there, knowing I was waiting for an answer. Instead of saying no or yes, he was signing a deal with the other couple. I finally walked outside and asked the salesman to be honest, and if that was what the owner was doing with the couple and he said yes, and he truly sincerely felt bad. I told him it was not his fault and I was not upset with him, but I did walk back in the store to the owners office and told him how shitty it was to do someone that way & he could have at least told me no instead of avoiding eye contact or conversation with me knowing the whole time he’s selling it to this other couple He let customer with cash walk out the door for $300!!!!! Personal note* I hope Kwame finds a different place to work because that business does not deserve him!! I pray he finds a job that lets him continue to flourish & not shrink his values because that dealership will never allow that!!
