Buying a new car can be a really stressful and expensive process, but our experience with Gilbert and Baugh Ford completely changed that for us. We had about a 2-hour drive to get there, and with my husband’s work schedule, we ended up arriving much later than planned. Even though we kept Randy and Thomas there past closing, they never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They were patient, kind, and truly focused on helping us. We felt like we got a fair price on the vehicle we purchased and a fair value for our trade-in, which made the whole process feel honest and straightforward. What really stood out, though, was how far they went for our family. When the bank closed before we could finish everything, Randy (the owner) had an employee drive two hours just to hand-deliver our new car to us. That level of service is rare and meant so much to us. Overall, this was an incredible experience from start to finish. We felt taken care of every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience.

Best buying experience ever! We have never experienced such a pleasant team of individuals that made us feel like we were family. We drove from Huntsville after speaking to Thomas (who was not in the day we showed up but referred us to David) and it was well worth the drive. Randy, David, and Jim were extremely helpful, polite and so personable. The process was smooth with no surprises. If they can only convince my husband to buy me horses now that he has a SuperDuty to pull a trailer with, I would consider coming back to buy another vehicle. 😁 We definitely plan to buy our next vehicle through Gilbert & Baugh Ford.
