Will never buy a car anyplace else!! The minute we met Tim I knew we were at the right place. No high pressure sales tactics. He helped us find the right fit gave us the key and told us to test drive it. Jacob in finance worked hard to find us the best deal for our budget. From Bill on down the line they were the nicest people you ever want to meet and work with. We had a problem with the vehicle and they gave us a loaner while it was being fixed and kept us informed on the status of our repair.

Incrediable buying experince with dillian and the rest of the staff at bill hancock ,I knew as soon as i talked with dillian he was a trustworthy guy and he made my first jeep buy extremly easy .i would recommend these guys to anyone ,GREAT EXPERINCE!!!!

They will harass you when you don’t want their vehicle anymore . Was looking at a vehicle because i got approved so i asked the bank some questions about loan to value and they said as long as the book value is the same as selling price I would be fine . Well they have a vehicle listed for 29,000 so I looked up the book value and it came back as 20-$22,000 so I offered that then he said the vehicles worth $35,000 so he can’t go that low . So I said nobody is paying almost $10,000 over book value. So I left the chat on Facebook then he privately messages me harrasing me telling me don’t get upset because they can’t come off the price ext. I posted a picture as well . Stay away from this dealership horrible people
