The salesman dustin is an amazing honest dude we did not get the panamera due to an accident happening with it before we could test drive i would highly reccomend them they are honest people but cars are different.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience. We looked at a truck on Tuesday and decided to move forward with purchasing it. We were actively communicating back and forth through text messages, and on Wednesday the salesperson even called to request a copy of my son’s driver’s license, which led us to believe everything was moving forward. Today, my son took a half day off work, and we spent approximately two hours at the bank getting everything finalized so we could purchase the truck. After all that time and effort, we found out the truck had already been sold to someone else. To make matters worse, I called the salesperson this morning and received no answer, and at no point did anyone contact us to let us know the truck was no longer available. A simple phone call or text message would have prevented us from wasting our time, making an unnecessary trip to the bank, and causing my son to lose work hours. I understand vehicles can sell quickly, but when a customer is actively communicating with your dealership, providing requested documents, and arranging financing, basic courtesy and communication should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of consideration for our time. I hope future customers are treated with better communication and respect.
