The experience me and my family had earlier at Team One Nissan is the very reason why most people hate car shopping. This dealership tried to claim the vehicle that would be traded in had a “possible bad transmission” without showing any proof or even running any diagnostics on the vehicle, which is an extremely common trade-in tactic. Dealerships will claim a mechanical issue to justify a lower trade in offer. Not only is that deceptive but they’re insinuating we’re not smart enough to know if the car has issues or not. In this case we are smart enough to know that car doesn’t have anything mechanically wrong with it. We will never do business with a dealership as deceptive and manipulative as Team One Nissan and anyone else that is in the market for a vehicle I recommend you go somewhere else.
