Had my Jeeps oil changed here with Linda and the service team. They did an excellent job of communicating with me with a video inspection of what condition my jeep was in. The mechanic was very professional with the video and showed what I should keep an eye on. Linda was amazing through out the whole process, of when it went in and when it was ready. Overall very happy and will be taking vehicle back here to be worked on again. Thanks!!

My fiancé and I turned what should’ve been a simple side errand into a full main quest. After visiting family on the far Eastern Shores, we embarked on a 27‑hour journey across kingdoms and mountain passes to the fortress of Ken Garff Toyota Cheyenne, drawn by rumors of a mighty steel war‑beast — an Army Green 2023 Toyota Tundra. We first sought out Cody, a warm and welcoming merchant‑knight, but as fate would have it, he was already deep in negotiations. He passed us to Andrew, another well‑dressed and charismatic guild member who guided us through the long bargaining rites. The Tundra still awaited its final repairs, so our quest stretched on. We rode all the way back to our home realm in Colorado to gather the two steeds we intended to trade, then returned North once more to complete the exchange. After one last inspection from the guildmasters, we finally claimed our new war‑chariot and rode home victorious. If I have one critique, it’s that the guild’s internal missives could be better aligned — a minor communication curse on an otherwise honorable and helpful fortress. My experience was ok considering I drove from Casper, Wy to Cheyenne, Wy to see a couple vehicles. We arrived and neither of them were washed, detailed and almost empty fuel tanks. I drove a white 2024 subaru onyx. I signed the paperwork while the salesman Mike cleaned the car for me and put 3/4 tank of gas in it. Discovered the car had hail damage down the drivers side , hood and roof. Took to Fremont restoration for quote and repairs. Learning lesson for me to never buy a car until cleaned and looked over throughly. Love the car but very unhappy with the hail damage on it. The staff were very friendly amd easy to work with. The stickys on the car are just the major hail dents I had taken out. There were 25-30 dents in it. Also, they quoted my trade in for approx $7,000 and I sold on facebook for $16,000 within 24 hours.

Sales team is bothersome doesn't listen and keeps refusing to evaluate my trade. The service employee was very professional and even complimented me on how nice my truck was saying it was in great shape. But i cant get the salesman to even look at it and give me a trade in value so i can trade it in on a new one. Service shop took 2 days to do a screen recall and change front and rear diff fluid and an alignment, then charged me $815. There was a $30 labor charge to "install" my cabin air filter, and they charged me $14 for each of 3 drain plug gaskets. The prices are crazy and the sales team is lazy.
