My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say we have never had an experience as pleasant and seamless as we did at Halladay Motors. From start to finish, this dealership truly stands out. Nico, the finance manager, made the entire process incredibly smooth, transparent, and stress-free, something that is rare these days and very much appreciated. Hope was hands-down one of the best salespeople we’ve worked with in a long time, knowledgeable, genuine, attentive, and never pushy. She made the experience enjoyable and easy from the moment we walked in. I am absolutely thrilled with my Denali Ultimate, and even more impressed by how this dealership handled everything with professionalism and heart. You can tell they truly care, which is something too many dealerships have lost. This will 100% be where we return when it’s time to trade up. Thank you to the entire Halladay Motors team for an outstanding experience, we couldn’t be happier.

Nick did a solid job with the water pump repair. He kept the conversation clear, handled the details without making it feel like a drawn out process, and made sure everything stayed on track. I appreciated the straightforward communication and the professional way he handled it. The whole service experience felt fair, simple, and taken care of properly.

They ripped off my adopted daughter. Single mom and son. Joe sold them a 2020 Ford Escape with a bad transmission!!! She had a check engine light, come on , right after she drove it off the lot. She has had it to many shops. We went back to them 5/30/26 to try to get them to help her. No!!!! We went to the Toyota sales lot. They helped them with a good vehicle.... Chevy equinox 2020 and lowered her payment. I'm thankful for the Toyota car lot. Very very Awesome!!!! "Do unto other's as you would have done to you"!!! I would never recommend Halladay sales, to nobody!!!! Mr. Casey and Mr. Smith, have reviewed and made the situation with my daughter Good.. I would like to thank them for getting involved and making things Right. Back to a five star rating from me. Veteran owned!

I had such a great experience at Halladay motors in Cheyenne. I gave Fabian the parameters that I wanted in a used vehicle, and he went straight to it. I was in and out in an hour. And thank-you Mark for taking care of some details. You guys are the best!

I would not recommend Halladay Motors to anyone. My wife purchased a vehicle from them, and it has had problems from the day she drove it off the lot. After dealing with ongoing issues, we found out the vehicle has a bad transmission. What is even more disappointing is that Halladay Motors did nothing to make it right. We reached out looking for help, but there was no effort to stand behind the vehicle they sold. The salesman, Joe, no longer works there, and honestly that's probably for the best. Between the condition of the vehicle and the lack of customer service afterward, this has been a very frustrating and expensive experience. Buyers beware. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that value their customers and stand behind what they sell
