Service department was amazing!!! 10 out of 10 Julian went above and beyond to help me out for my check engine light, as well as Trinity, Jon, and Jeremy from just answering questions cause ohhhhhh boy did I have a lot of questions when I’ve called, and once I got my car into the dealer being so kind and helpful. They don’t do sneaky stuff like upselling stuff you don’t need at the moment. I recommend taking your car here.
Went in just looking at a used vehicle and ended up having an awesome salesman and manager and walked away with a brand new vehicle. Everything was super easy and I was explained everything in great detail. There was lots of communication and everyone was extremely friendly!
Do not do business with Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne. Our experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, and we feel completely misled. When we purchased our vehicle, the finance rep, Eric Harms, sold us an expensive extended warranty by describing it as essentially bumper-to-bumper coverage. He specifically gave us examples like if the electronics or DVD player failed, it would be covered. He even gave another example, saying that if we accidentally damaged the upholstery with something sharp in our pocket, the warranty would pay to replace it. Those statements gave us every reason to believe we were purchasing great coverage, so we agreed to spend thousands of dollars on the warranty. Fast forward to today, and we now have an issue with the vehicle’s electronics—the exact type of repair we were told would be covered. Instead, we’ve been told it is not covered under the warranty. What makes this even worse is that we were never given a copy of the actual warranty contract when we purchased the vehicle. The only paperwork we received showed what we paid for the warranty and how to contact the warranty company. There was nothing explaining what was actually covered or excluded. It wasn’t until I called the warranty company myself that I was finally provided a copy of the contract. If we had been given the contract at the time of purchase, we could have reviewed the coverage ourselves instead of relying on the verbal promises made in the finance office. We feel the warranty was misrepresented, and the lack of transparency regarding the contract only reinforces that feeling. A dealership should be honest about what customers are buying and provide the documentation needed to make an informed decision. I would not consider buying a vehicle or an extended warranty from Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne, learn from our experience. Demand the complete warranty contract before you sign anything, and don’t rely on verbal explanations of what is supposedly covered. We certainly won’t be doing business with this dealership
Probably one of the worst sales experiences I have had in several years. I worked with the “online sales team” as I wanted to get as much done as I could before I showed up. I was told I was working with “Karena” and that she would meet with me. So when a 6’7” male came over I was a little surprised. Enter Will. Will informed me that he had actually done most of the work, and would be helping me. Well. Ok. Why? After sorting out some confusion about what vehicle I was actually looking for, since Karina had changed it to a completely different vehicle (yes more expensive), Will showed me the 2 vehicles I wanted to see and compare. He was kind, genuine, honest, and the furthest thing from pushy. I had plans to go and look at a different brand vehicle the next day and after my experience with Will I was ready to just seal the deal. Then… I finally met Karina. Karina who’s never met an entire bottle of perfume she didn’t want to douse herself in, and who I never once asked to speak with. Not. Once. I was going to pay outright! No haggling, Will deserved the sale and the commission. But oh that Karina. She inserted herself walking up oozing arrogance, and superiority… exactly what customers Hate most about having to purchase a vehicle. She began with a limp, pathetic, dry skinned handshake, didn’t even acknowledge y partner, and an inability to make eye contact. She then lead off the conversation with “Let’s just sign the deal” in her most disgusted and demeaning tone. FUN! After less than 3 minutes of her attitude I was OUT. I happily walked away from a vehicle I was ready to spend the next 7-10 years of my life with, and head to a completely different BRAND of vehicle at a dealership who’s name doesn’t start with KEN! Will. I wish you luck, and a different dealership or better leadership. Karina… maybe next time only use half the bottle of perfume… and take some courses in customer service. Ken Garff if this is what you put in a leadership role… this is why people go to Colorado to other dealerships! Absolutely Disgusted!
Ya so im absolutely sick and tired of trying to get ahold of these people. I have sent so many emails, left multiple messages per week for the last month, no one ever answers, returns calls or emails. Tried canceling a service contract, theh said 8 weeks to see the refund? What a joke. Terrible customer service. Called my bank, they have no word from them on a check. Been 9 weeks. Still paying for the contract but it's cancelled. Worked with a guy at Ken Garff Toyota since ford never returns calls. Name is Stu. I have called and emailed too many times with no response. As soon as they do the tiniest bit of helping they blow you off. Stu Rabeneck, your communication and customer service is terrible. All of ken garff will get this review. I highly recommend any potential customer finds a new dealership, place is 0 stars.
