Tyler was patient and considerate, as well as professional. He gave me all the benefits of the car I had in mind. He didn’t pressure me once. Things I didn’t understand, he took time with me. When I came back later with questions on my car, he was, again patient, and able to explain to me in layman’s terms. I recommend him highly as a good associate to deal with. Chance worked with my financing, and even though I normally don’t buy extra insurance, the amount for mechanical breakdowns in general was at a reasonable price for 7 years: it’s a Subaru and don’t think I’ll ever use it,, but it’s there if needed. For the price of 3 coffees a month, it’s a steal. Both made me totally comfortable throughout the process. I love my car!

This marks my third transaction with White's Mountain Motors, and I must commend them for making the process incredibly smooth. The sales team was exceptionally friendly, and I never felt pressured at any point. We began by examining a vehicle, and I expressed my need to ensure a comfortable fit, stating, "Well, let's see if I fit in it, or else this is all a moot point," to which they readily agreed. After I had the opportunity to sit in and drive the vehicle, they suggested, "Well, let's just go see what kind of numbers we can put together." Within twenty minutes, we had finalized the financial details. Another twenty minutes later, I was signing the necessary paperwork, and I was on my way within an hour and a half, remarkably efficient! While I won't be taking delivery until the following day, all the essential steps have been completed, which is often the most challenging part. I wholeheartedly recommend them; they are truly wonderful people. My credit score was well under 560 and filed bankruptcy 6 months ago.

I had my Subaru inspected after experiencing multiple warning lights immediately following a brake service done elsewhere. The service staff took the time to thoroughly explain what they found and were very honest about the cause. They clearly identified that the issue and explained how this can happen during rear brake service. I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent they were — no pressure, no upselling, just facts. Even though they didn’t perform the original work, they treated me with respect and helped me understand what was going on so I could advocate for myself. Justin also made it clear to me that he has my back if the original shop decides to give me a hard time. That level of professionalism goes a long way. I would absolutely recommend this Subaru service department to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians.

I had a great experience at White’s Mountain Subaru. Braden was my salesman and did a great job. My car broke down and couldn’t be fixed in a reasonable amount of time so I decided to look at Subaru’s in case I might want to purchase. We took a test drive. Braden told me the statistics on Subaru’s and was knowledgeable about ratings and safety. I tested the Outback and loved how it handled the road, the features, the sexy gorgeous color of this beauty, and the storage capacity. Needless to say, I made the purchase and drove her to Nevada. Best decision I ever made. I absolutely love her. And the sound system is fabulous. The sun roof is another nice touch. You know what they say- Love, it’s what makes a Subaru.
