Big Dawg has great service, whether it's a check engine light, odd noise, or just looking for a vehicle. They're quick to get it done and great help for it all. If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for, they try their best to find one for you. I appreciate the great business they provide.

I think they are reasonable with costs for the service they provide. I find their prices for basic vehicle maintenance/preventative maintenance to be much more appealing than Grease Monkey or Jiffy Lube or even major car dealerships. Thank you Keep up the good work!!!!

A very professional shop. Jeff diagnosed the problem with the Rotors and Breaks very quickly, plus replacing the crescent circle behind the Rotor. I have had no problems with the breaks since then. He also help me get new wheels and replace my toy spare wheel that didn’t function well. I now go to him for all of my car needs.

Do not buy from them they do nothing but lie they say they fix your car they take your money but they do nothing half of the time

Do not use Big Dawg auto for anything! Take your business somewhere else. I spent the last 2 weeks trying to buy an car from them. A 2006 audi. I have my money (luckily I didn't give them any) I filled out my application and turned in my proof of income as well as every document they needed. I was prepared to put half down on the asking price! I was told there was an emergency with the lady who runs all of the paperwork. I called twice and asked if they needed anything else from me and they told me they would get back to me. I called today and to my surprise they SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE A FEW DAYS AGO. They said I could look at another one on their lot(one I know cost more.) I declined. I'm extremely frustrated.
