I found them on FB market place where they were super quick to respond and find an available time for us to meet and check out the truck. The entire process was super smooth and I was walked through paper work while everything was explained well. Easiest car shopping experience ever. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Every person here is honest, kind, and willing to help. Jason stayed an hour after closing even to help sell my old car. Which is going towards the down payment that Matt worked out for me to help me pay more comfortably without any stress. Despite being a dealership, it is not a threatening atmosphere at all. This is my first big car buying experience and it was easy to feel good with my decision. I will absolutely be back in the future and recommend PRA to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
Excellent experience! Matt was very friendly and really helped us out. We live several hours away so we couldn't make it there till after 6 pm. He had the vehicle all clean and ready to go as well as our paperwork so we could get in and out as fast as possible. He also was able to lower our monthly payments a little to make it even more affordable than it already was. And we got a very good deal. I would highly recommend this place!
We had a great experience buying from Platte River Auto. Matt and Jason are fantastic people to work with. After I bought my truck I went back with a check engine light and Jason stopped what he was doing and said “no worries, let’s have a look” . It turned out to be nothing, but that service after the sale is something that I’ve never experienced with other dealerships.
