459 N Lowell St, Casper, WY 82601What do customers say about Rocky Mountain Motors?
Buyer Beware I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from Rocky Mountain Motors independently inspected before purchasing. My pregnant daughter purchased a truck from them that was represented as being checked over, yet immediately revealed serious issues. The oil was extremely dirty and overdue, and the brake service light came on almost immediately. When I personally inspected the brakes and rotors, they were completely shot, with the rotors showing obvious signs they should have been replaced thousands of miles ago. The suspension was also in terrible condition. We were told the transmission had been replaced, but no documentation was provided, and it now shifts extremely hard. For what they charged, the condition of this truck was completely unacceptable. Had I been there with her, We would’ve not purchased the vehicle and I would’ve told them this is grimy slimy sales tactics that really burns people and what sucks is that they are in a local area, I’m sure this is not the first time this has happenedResetting the oil-life indicator is not the same as servicing a vehicle. Buyers beware—get an independent inspection and verify everything before handing over your money.
