Braden was amazing. He was so down to earth and genuine that he has earned my loyalty. The dealership was easy to work with and once we told them our bottom line they worked to get us there. The whole process was streamlined and quick.
I had an amazing experience at White’s Mountain! My transmission went out unexpectedly, and I wasn’t sure whether it made more sense to repair my car or purchase a new one. I stopped in just to look, and Gentry was incredibly helpful. He never pressured me and gave me the time and information I needed to make the best decision. I ultimately decided to purchase a new vehicle, and he made what had been an incredibly stressful day so much better. The entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I highly recommend White’s Mountain, and if you’re looking for a great experience, be sure to ask for Gentry!
Walked in to whites mountain not sure where I stood with my credit. Sat down with Braden he did everything he could possibly do for me and thankfully I drove away with a 2017 Chevy impala very clean and very happy I would definitely recommend going down and talking with him
My experience with the service department was very disappointing. My truck that has 20,000 miles went into limp mode and was not drivable. The dealership was so busy they weren’t even able to look at for over a week, and it remained in the service department for more than two weeks. Keep in mind, with only 20,000 miles it was still under warranty. There was no loaner car to borrow and no support from the dealership. Thankfully a family member was able to loan me a vehicle while my truck was in for repairs. While my truck was in the dealerships possession, I received no phone calls updating me from the staff on what was wrong with my truck. When I finally spoke with a staff member, I learned that my batteries had went bad and they replaced them under my factory warranty. At that time, I informed the staff member that I was receiving a low tire pressure/flat tire warning. The staff member was quite confident that the warning was coming from the batteries being bad and not the actual tire. Despite bringing this to their attention, I picked up my truck, on a Sunday, when no one was available to assist me, only to find that it had a flat tire. To make it worse, the valve stem cap was missing on the flat tire which led me to believe that someone had added air to my tire instead of notifying me that it was actually leaking so I could make arrangements for proper repair or replacement. After being without my vehicle for more than two weeks, I expected all of my issues to have been addressed before the truck was returned to me, especially since I live 2 hours away from the dealership having to make a special trip to pick up the truck. This experience has been extremely frustrating and fell well below the level of service I expected with a one year old vehicle that is under warranty.
I am traveling 500+ miles from home and start experiencing "DEF low" warnings on my new 2025 Silverado. DEF sensor issues are well known on diesel trucks, but there was no empathy when I called for an appointment. The apathy persisted when I dropped the truck off, it was all disclaimers about diagnostic time and financial responsibility for repairs. I felt dismissed and was very agitated. The truck was recalibrated per the technical bulletins and the issue seems to be resolved. However, I also requested an oil change. They over inflated my tires and noted on the paperwork that I declined a new cabin filter. It was never discussed! When confronted, Jamieson said no biggie, just get it done in the next 1-2 service appointments. I don't appreciate inaccurate notes, especially relating to denials of recommended service. When I went to pick up the truck, the woman told me the balance and "Oh yeah, you should have been warned already, but there is a 3% fee on all credit card charges". I said I wasn't warned, but it would have been nice to know before I drove the 45 miles to get here. She said sorry, no exceptions. I could have been told at drop off or when given the total due over the phone, but I wasn't notified at all. Poor after sales support, questionable service practices and surprise fees, the 1 star shouldn't be a surprise to this service center.
