Vista Nissan

I went to Vista after Kelsey responding to my interest on a vehicle on their website. I made a appt to go talk to her about a new car. I was greeted by Trenton who helped me as well. I had the best most professional service I have ever had at a car dealership. After going to Vista I no longer feel the need to travel out of casper to shop for cars. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

Searching for cars can be a headache and frustrating. We went to a couple of different dealerships in the area and multiple places we went to did not have great customer service, you should know about the cars you are trying to sell and they did not. Went to Vista Nissan as the last and final place and immediately were welcomed and felt comfortable. Trenton Kraft was amazing start to finish. He knew about not only the cars he was selling at the Vista Nissan location but also other locations that he could pull from. He talked to us and found out what was important to us in a vehicle purchase and gave honest and valuable insights. We have had past car buying experiences that made us not want to work with a dealership again but the whole process was truly amazing. The whole team was great and we rode away in a great vehicle. Trenten Kraft made the entire car-buying experience so much less stressful and honestly took away a lot of the anxiety I had throughout the process. He was patient, transparent, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He genuinely looked out for me and wanted to make sure I loved my vehicle instead of just making a sale. He was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend working with him if you want someone who truly cares about their customers.

My husband and I almost got a new vehicle last year.
