Man, I really hate to leave a bad review on a local business trying to make it's way against the big corporations, but buyer beware! We purchased a vehicle in April of 2024. Darrell seemed like an up front, honest guy. He agreed to fix a sensor on the vehicle via our signed purchase agreement and of course, as it was used, we bought it as,is other than that. Within days, the vehicle was acting funny. Darrell kindly came to our home and replaced the battery- the vehicle had a battery installed which was too small. Then, within a week, I had an oil change done and the vehicle did not have an air filter at all. When I went to put new tires on the vehicle, it was discovered that the drive train was hanging on by one single bolt! (I have the service records of all of this to prove it.) I know when you buy used, nothing is guaranteed, but Darrell clearly didn't inspect the vehicle at all before putting it on his lot to sell. When I attempted to get ahold of him regarding these issues, he ghosted me. Will not respond to a text message or phone call AND still hasn't replaced the sensor he put into writing that he would as of July, 2024. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because Darrell did male the buying process incredibly easy and was decent to work with in the beginning. I'm truly disappointed with the way things have panned out.
Asked them to put a car on hold for a time we both agreed on and not 24 hours later they sold the car before the scheduled time. Bailey’s a phony. Or at least not that bright to notify coworkers about a hold. Common sense ain’t common anymore. They did the worst thing you could do to a potential customer and now I won’t even look at cars here, I’m going somewhere else
