My experience was excellent. Had a minor issue with a used bike (not the dealers fault) and they came rushing out immediately to correct the problem. I was a pretty needy customer and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the extra effort they made and I highly recommend Casper Mountain Motorsports.
Called and spoke with Collin on a Thursday afternoon about a unit that I had on order with a different dealership for close to 3 months. Was told they had the identical unit in stock at Casper Mountain Motorsports. Went down the next day to get and got the royal treatment from everyone at the dealership. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get an atv, utv, or motorcycle!

Suzanne, the finance manager, took the time to explain a unique warranty option to me, which gave me real peace of mind, even though I’m still planning the long term. And the owner went above and beyond—he kept my purchase safe for six months when transport delays kept me from picking it up. I couldn’t have asked for a better, hands-on experience.”
By far, one of the best motorcycle dealership/buying experiences I've ever had. These folks get it. Alex was incredible to work with, put up with me every step of the way to bring two wheels back into my life (and I must admit, I'm not super easy to work with, gave him a super hard time lol!). Everyone I interacted with was very approachable, not pushy, and very much made sure I was good to go, from sales to service and out the door. For anyone reading this, as someone local...I highly recommend hitting up CMM for all of your motorcycle needs.
