Great dealer — no nonsense. Bought two vehicles back-to-back. Conner was excellent—straight answers, easy to work with, and handled everything professionally. When there was an issue with one vehicle, they fixed it immediately. Vaughn in F&I got everything done fast and efficiently. I shopped 9 dealers nationwide and Greiner beat all of them by over $4,000 on a Ford Maverick and Ford Ranger. Other dealers literally said the deal was “too good to be true.” Did both deals over the phone, showed up, and everything was exactly as agreed. No surprises. No games. Highly recommend.

Have been on the lookout for the perfect vehicle which is hard when you already have a 2023 Lincoln Navigator. Ford had Employee pricing and I had already looked into the Expedition. I had narrowed it down between 3 dealers. Two in Salt Lake City, UT and Greiner Ford in Casper, Wy.its basically the same distance for me to travel to either one. Greiner was a no brainer. They offered about the same on the trade (a little more) when I sent detailed pictures, knowing they have to see the vehicle for the actual trade in allowance. But the vehicle had the exact interior (I like the light interiors) and the Platinum Max. From the initialcall from Larry Wells, was professional, responsive, and kind. Listened to exactly what I would like to see happen. I had my own financing already covered and it was smoth and seamless. I submitted all necessary documentation so when I drove up next day I was able to show up, fill out some quick paperwork on my trade, have them check out my trade and into Finance for the final contract. I bet I was in for only 30 min tops. Thank you Vaugn in Finance for a quick, quick painless transaction. I highly recommend everyone give Greiner a chance, even if you have to make a drive, take the family, get a hotel (not Hilton Garden Inn) have a nice dinner at Foxfire, stop and by some Yak meat at Makeup & Meat and make a day of it. If you search their online investory, pick out a couple of choices and just call to see what’s still in stock, although I think it’s pretty up to date because I went in that evening and the vehicle I purchased was already gone from website. Oh, and one last note. As a woman, I have been to countless dealers that act as though you aren’t able (financially or decision wise) to make these big purchases. Let me tell you, don’t ever underestimate a woman, my husband didn’t come with, didn’t make the decision, and although did get added to loan, had nothing to do with this purchase. Larry and Vaugn were two of the nicest men, never once acted like I couldn’t. Totally respectful, great communication, friendly and professional. I think they may be overlooked for a position higher in Ford even if it means a career bump and relocation. Just my two cents. My husband and I counted how many vehicles in 33 years almost together and are at 59, not counting our 2 motorhomes, 4 boats, and UTvs, car haulers, etc. not bragging, I’m saying we have experience in dealers, how they work, sales, finance, trades, the bottom line. IYKYK! So from our expert opinion, go to Greiner Ford, ask for Larry Wells, you will get Vaugn in finance unless they have a back up and you won’t be disappointed! I wish I would have asked for a key ring or hat or water bottle with their logo though. 😉

Was sadly forced into getting a new truck due to my 2019 f150 being totaled (it was also purchased from Griener). I knew what I was after for the most part, and had spoken with Olivia there off and on about possibly upgrading the 2019 but kept putting it off because it was such a solid truck. When the decision was made for me I reached out to Olivia and she showed me new and used options and set up test drives which lead me to new to me 2023 tremor. Very happy with the purchase and the ease of the process.

Pros: Sales department is good and feels staffed well. Lots of vehicles that are nice. There are better prices at other dealerships for the same models and features a few hours away in Denver, but I would rather support local if the value is there and the deal is okay. Colisión repair was great to work with and keep appointment times and gave free rides to and from if needed. Cons: Service department is where this dealership struggles. They are very understaffed and over loaded on vehicles to service. The appointment system on the website works great but is misleading. It’s easy to book an appointment as there are open times almost everyday all day, but when you drop it off for your appointment, it’s more of a first come first served with chances they don’t even get your vehicle in to be seen. They do give rides for free which is great, to and from local areas. You can even have them come pickup your vehicle from your work place. BUT I’ve been left stranded because they didn’t get me into the system before even after verifying with them and they don’t have time to answer their phones or return calls. I can get through to the service department about 1 out of every 15 calls and they don’t return voicemails. Over all, good vehicles when they work, but would almost pick a different brand of vehicle so I’m not depending on this dealership for warranty services if you live locally in Casper.
