Ameri-Tech Casper - Evansville, WY

I strongly recommend Ameri-Tech in Evansville. They helped me resolve a problem with my utility box that the local dealership couldn't. I purchased a used work truck with “Reading” brand utility box. All but two of the exterior locks on the bed were keyed alike. I made multiple attempts to get the parts I needed from the local dealership on a product they originally sold to the previous truck's owner. This should have been an easy problem for the dealership to resolve. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door at Ameri-Tech in Evansville. The staff there was eager to help. Being that they are not a representative of this particular product brand, it was going to offer some obstacles. Angie, Paula and Kitty quickly took the information they needed and set out to find me 2 new lock cylinders for my truck bed. In just a few weeks, Ameri-Tech did what the local dealership of my utility box couldn't do in 6+ months and provided me with the parts I was looking for. If you are looking to make a purchase, seriously consider Ameri-Tech in Evansville. They believe in customer service and satisfaction, even when it is on the small, off brand purchase like I made. Our hitch receiver wouldn't accept a sleeve so I could tow. Paula came out to my truck and got down on the ground to see if she could tell what was wrong. Then she went and got Keith, who stopped what he was doing to come and take a look. He crawled under the truck in rocks and felt/saw a burr. He removed it on the spot, painted it to keep it from rusting and we were set to go! I cannot thank you both enough! We RV and I needed this fixed so we could get back on the road. These folks are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We made 5 trips to the Goodwill to lighten our RV so Keith's work would not be in vain. :-)

I’ve had some previous experience with AmeriTech in Riverton and most recently with Brandon and the crew in the Casper shop. Courtesy, knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction exist in spades at both shops. After-market work on my vehicles will continue to be done by Brandon and his highly qualified team.
