I purchased my used Audi A3 TDI from Auto Source about two years ago at a great price, and the car has run amazingly well with no issues outside of normal used-car maintenance. Because of that experience, my girlfriend and I returned when she found a beautiful Audi Q5 she loved. The Q5, however, came with more bumps than expected. It developed a significant oil-consumption issue (a known problem with this make and model). Auto Source gave us two options: an inventory swap of equal value or rebuilding the engine. We chose the rebuild. Here’s where they really impressed us: even though they weren’t required to, Auto Source covered a very large portion of the replacement parts, all of the labor, and even some additional components like the hub assembly that the mechanic noticed along the way. Working with both Nate and Tyler throughout the process was smooth, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Because of how they handled everything, when it’s time for me to upgrade my own car, Auto Source will be the first place I go—before I look anywhere else. 10/10 experience with Auto Source.

I had a car literally flooded up to the steering wheel in my parking lot thanks to a water main break... so it was time to find a new car. I got a recommendation to find VW 2015s that had been refitted after the emissions scandal and found two different cars at this dealership. They were both in great condition and I expressed my interest in one of them. Then came the dreaded haggling... Or not... because the dealer told me he was confident in his price and that I wasn't going to find better anywhere else. I took that as a challenge. After looking around and even driving out to Sheboygan to view a bunch of horribly hail-damaged alternatives, I decided that he was right. This was as good of a car buying experience as I could have hoped for, they were even patient while I fought with my bank in trying to get authorization for the down payment I wanted. Three and a half years, a trip from Milwaukee all the way out to the Olympic Peninsula, and 35k miles later I am still extremely satisfied with my purchase and my experience. Oh, and they even replaced the brakes/rotors since the car had been sitting for a couple years and fixed a starter issue for me that cropped up a day after I drove it off the lot. 10/10 would buy again.

I bought the car "unseen" from Autosource Motors and I cannot be more happier. Sales manager Nathan (many thanks!) was above and beyond and he patiently answer all my questions and send requested pictures. The remote paper filling was quick and very efficient with overnight delivery. Some small plastic details are missing and they offer to order and deliver which was highly appreciated. I was sceptic about remote buying and deliver for a car, but Autosource did a fantastic job!

These guys are not Salesman, they are car guys. I was helping out my cousin to buy her first own car, and I wanted a good experience, so I was shopping like if it would have been for me. Steve helped us out. I really like the atmosphere and relationship with customers. They are not looking forward to just sell you a car, but to make sure you get the car you are looking for. I fell no pressure at any time to buy a car. That says a lot. But what really got my attention about this dealership is that they really stage their vehicles for the new owner. Vehicles are detailed, in optimum conditions. You will not find any defects in their cars because they already went through and took care of whatever problem the car had. Lets be honest, there isn't a perfect car to there, but this vehicles are very close to it. I can't wait to be in need of a different car because I know where to go.
