I purchased a car from AM auto. The Young man was very helpful and straight to the point. In very little time was I in and out with my Car. A 2013 GTI, about 65k miles. I Immediately took it cross country to and From Wisconsin to California and it made it without any problems back and forth.. I also purchased the extended warranty and a year later had some items changed like any other VW 2.0 of this era it would need timing chains because of faulty Chain tensioners From the factory. They usually need replacement 75k-100k miles.. Fully covered through the extended warranty. Car Runs mint and with New chains and updated tentioners, I should get another 150k miles trouble free other than maintenance. The sales man at AM that helped me was a younger White man. Very helpful, not pushy, very Nice mannered and would definitely buy from them again... The Extended warranty Covered 100% of the repairs., I took the car to a different shop because of my location for repairs. They said the Warranty company was very easy to work with. They also recommended If I buy another used vehicle, that I try and buy the same Warranty plan since they were easy to work with and Very prompt on payment and communication. Choice Auto protection , I purchased the premium plan and 100 percent happy with my plan and Auto purchase. I bought an F 150 from this dealer about 2 or 3 years ago. Come to find out now the vehicle had some quick and shotty body work done just to send it down the road. I should have inspected the vehicle more thoroughly. Had i done that I would not have purchased it. They had stuffed foam in the wheel wells and slapped bondo and paint over major rust. Smh. So just know that this dealer has a system set up to doctor up vehicles just to make a quick sale. Then tail light warranty. Buyer beware.
