Auto Depot has a nice inventory and selection of clean and affordable vehicles. I was looking specifically for a SUV. Thank you, Cliff! I LOVE my Purchase. You streamlined my car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership, they are honest, concerned about the customers needs, and made buying a car easy and pain free. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was the easy financing from start to finish. I was impressed with the communication and dedication to satisfaction. I will certainly recommend Auto Depot to friends and family. Excellent car buying experience
I’m happy with my brand new car! I drove off the lot in less than an house decent pricing for almost NEW cars I definitely recommend!! And they were able to work with me to help me with what I needed
Extremely friendly and professional. The staff are very knowledgeable about the cars they’re selling. They have the best quality for the best prices!!! Also the business is very clean and up to date. Has a nice inviting feel to it.
THINGS I WISH I KNEW- -Check prices on their website regularly (the car we liked started at less than $8000, then went UP to over $9000, then went down to $8900, all within about 2 weeks) -Despite flyers and the website mentioning financing, they didn't have it or recommend anywhere to go. -They only accept cash, cashier's checks, and money orders. -Vehicles can be placed on "hold" for 2 days with a $1000 deposit (again, they only accept cash, cashier's check, or money order) -They are really good at taking pictures that magically don't show any damage (like a car that had no handle on the passenger side) Considering the size (their lot only has room for about 30 vehicles), there was a wide variety of vehicles (there wasn't much in the way of parking, so I had to park in a random lot west of their location). I was told by the office worker that the stock turns over pretty quickly. This is not surprising, given that almost all of the vehicles were less than $10k (all of them are sold "as is"). The customer service was a mixed bag. The first day I went to look, everyone was really nice and offered to let me test drive a car even though I got there right as they were closing (I did look around, sit in the car I was there to look at, and take a bunch of pictures). My husband and I returned a few days later to test drive some vehicles, and everyone remembered me. We did have difficulty contacting them. We made multiple calls at different times to ask if the car we wanted was still available on the first day I went there (which seemed kind of sketchy). We ended up passing on the car I had previously photographed (it had some "quirks," like a bunch of what looked like bullet holes that we kept finding more of the more we looked [see photos]). After looking at everything available and sitting in a bunch of them, we decided to take one for a test drive. Despite a hissing sound it made after you stop accelerating, we were very interested and went into the office to purchase it. This is where the troubles started. We sat down with the woman to start the process and when I brought up financing she looked at us like we were speaking another language, then she smiled and said they don't do financing. She started being very abrasive. I asked about putting the car on hold (I had seen a few with hold signs in the lot) and she just pointed at a small sign on the wall behind her that I could barely read which stated that cars can be put on hold for 2 days with a $1000 deposit. I asked her about doing that (so we had time to get financing) and when we pulled out our debit card she pointed to another sign on the wall behind her (equally hard to read) and said that they don't accept them. They only accept cash, cashier's check, and money orders. I was trying to figure out a way to make something work, because banks were already closed by then, but she just kept pointing at and repeating what the signs said and offered no flexibility (despite seeing her offer a deal on another car for someone else for several thousand dollars off the shown price). At this point my husband just got up and left to go back to our car. He said he was done with the place and would never go there again, mostly because of her attitude. We were going to buy that car, but they just didn't want our money. A shame, because we really liked the car, but it's not worth the headache to buy from Auto Depot Delivery.
I bought a car from here , and Had the car for two months and my tranny went out! 100/10 highly don’t recommend! Don’t even waste your money here. No matter how “ low” the miles are !
