Toby's Auto Sales LTD

I had a screw in my tire and needed to replace it. Instead of paying between $80-$100 elsewhere I was able to purchase a brand new tire for $36. To balance the tire is was only an additional $8. So I paid around $40 for a new tire compared to $80 from other companies. They are friendly and honest. I highly recommend!

This shop is amazing! I brought in my lexus to get my wheels and tires swapped urgently! As soon as I pulled up, the guys in the shop pulled my car in and did what needed to be done in a matter of minutes. And the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this shop for any repairs! They are great to deal with and are very professional!

This is a nice place to get gently used tires instead of purchasing them brand new. I gave them 3 stars because it seems like they are more worried about commission, instead of actually helping. I had a flat tire and wanted to get it plugged- the young guy at the service desk inside came out and said that - that wasn’t a good idea, because there was a “huge screw” inside my tire and he recommend I get a new tire for $90.00 plus... the fees are. Instead I went to Roadway Tire off of East Washington Ave.. and got my tire plugged for $20.00 and has lasted, 4+ weeks. And he even removed the screw!

0 stars if I could. Took my car to Toby’s Auto Sale in Madison for 2 rear tire swap and left with a CRACKED rim and a bill double the original quote. I was told $60 over the phone, then charged $120 after the work was done with added fees for balancing and tire disposal. Complete bait-and-switch pricing. To make matters worse, one of the workers admitted their tire machine is “very old” and said the owner is too cheap and refuses to replace it. I specifically asked if they were confident working on low-profile wheels and told them to be honest if they weren’t. They assured me they could handle it then completely destroyed my my rim anyway. What’s disappointing is they charge more than reputable shops like Tire Plus or Discount Tire, except those shops actually have modern equipment and trained technicians If you value your wheels, your money, or honest service, avoid this place.

Purchased my first car from this terrible place and they failed to inform me that my car was a salvaged titled.
