Buying process was fast and easy, loved being able to do the most of the buying process on their site. Day of the purchase was fast in and out within an hour and a half. Will differently be buying our future vehicles from Kunes Mitsubishi again. They have a huge selection of nice affordable vehicles.

I’ve been nothing but disappointed with my experience with Kunes. I got a car less than a year ago. When applying for my loan they attempted to over charge me 900 dollars over the amount they quoted and I was approved for. After getting that settled and getting my car It was great until a couple weeks ago. Every single warning light came on in my car I got it in to get it checked out and they told me everything was fine. So I kept driving and two weeks later my car broke down and gave me a bright red transmission warning and told me to do an emergency stop so I did. I got my car towed over. And than while discussing the issue Jess in the service department also refused to listen to anything I had to say. And then proceeded to scoff and hung up on me after I apologized and expressed my frustration after being told multiple different stories and the problem never being solved.
