Went in knowing that I was going to leave with a car no matter what, and that's exactly what happened. After a recent poor experience with mechanics at an auto shop, it was a refreshing experience. I've never been to a dealership before, never bought a car off a lot or got a loan, and Zach helped walk me through all the steps and made the whole thing a lot less painful than I was expecting. Helped made sure I understood what I was to expect, and helped me choose a car that I actually really love. Probably one of the best experiences I could have gotten from a dealership (we all know how salesmen can be).

One year into owning my used gmc Acadia from Starks and she’s a GEM! We live 3 hr away and we were in town at the hospital and just totaled a vehicle casually looking. Starks staff were patient and so accommodating! Husband was skeptical getting a car so quick into a 3 hr road trip… but we did and are SO PLEASED! Recommend for sure.

You have amazing staff and some the best pricing in Dane county. The experience with Shawn was amazing. He was thorough, detailed and fast. Most dealership add so many extras things especially after shopping Wilde, Bergstrom and other big dealerships. Go to Wilde you’ll pay $499 for a year of paint protection then the pitch on 12 add ons in finance department. My purchase elsewhere took 5 1/2 hours and high pressure tactics. Shawn got me approved in 5 minutes. He did all paperwork, emailed me a copy via pdf, installed new plates and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Truly, I can see how and what he does with fast responses, answers after hours and makes it enjoyable. When I inquired on fb no one else responded fast and most want to play a game. He gave me his cell phone number right away, used FaceTime before I arrived on the car. Truly a top experience. Thank you. Keep up the great work.
