They let me have a mobile mechanic come and inspect the Van to make sure I was comfortable with my investment. Don’t let the shiny hollow sales floors with bright lighting fool you. If you want real great deals on used cars, talk to real honest people, not plastic salesmen gunnin for an eom bonus. Before you sign, give Lexor a look.
This was a wonderful experience buying a van. It was quick and was done & driving away same day! The van its self is just what we were looking for. The brothers handled our purchase from start to finish with style and grace.
I’m posting this review 3 months after I made my purchase. No regrets. This buying process was simply painless. The staff were helpful and prompt, and I never felt the slightest bit of pressure – nobody was rushing anybody. No surprise add-on fees, no gotcha moments at all. Couldn’t be happier. As long as you recognize these are all used cars, it’s a great choice. I’ll come back and revise this post if things change, but so far so good.
I was helping my cousin shop for her very first vehicle and we stopped into Luxor. Everyone at Luxor was very welcoming, genuine, knowledgeable and offered a great selection of well maintained pre-owned vehicles. We left with a VW and feel very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend.
I wish I could give negative stars. I bought a prius from Luxor less than a year ago. Less than a week after I bought it I had multiple brake lights come on. I had it looked at and the ABS actuator needed to be replaced. The repair cast me over $2000. I asked two different mechanics if Luxor Auto could have known about the issue and just cleared the codes before selling me the car. They both said they probably did. That repair started a cascade of other issues leading to the inverter going out. I have owned this car for less than a year and it's heading to the junkyard.
