We purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna today at Schoepp Motors Northeast from a fine young gentleman named Mike Walz. It was a pleasant experience and will tell others. We will return for any further automotive needs.

I had an amazing experience buying my Mazda at Schoepp Motors on Stoughton. Brian was outstanding—he guided me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I never felt pressured; he genuinely made sure I got the car I wanted. Huge thanks to the finance guy who worked on the numbers (sorry, I forgot his name). 2023 F150 Lariat. Initially Mike was fine to work with. He asked for a review immediately and initially things seemed good... until.... I drive 2 hours home and there was a rattle under the vehicle as soon as I get the vehicle in my garage as I close the door. I bought the extra bumper to bumper warranty. He NEVER mentioned that the warranty was through the dealership and not through Ford. He knew I lived 2 hours away and never mentioned it to me. I now have to drive 2 hours back to Madison just to get a rattle looked at or I pay an automatic $200 deductible by having another Ford dealer look at the vehicle. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY UNLESS YOU LIVE NEAR THE DEALERSHIP. Then I call the finance department the next day to cancel the warranty and that individual was extremely rude and called me "buddy" multiple times. They refused to send me an e-sign document so now I have to drive 2 hours just to remove a cancelable warranty that was never properly explained to me in the first place.
