I went to multiple dealerships this last Thursday, was completely exhausted after every one. Decided to try one more… carmax in Kenosha, had an idea of what I wanted. We were greeted by Brandon van boggle … who sat us down, did a search for the cars we were interested in, and one that wasn’t specifically on my radar but wow!🤩 in no time we were walking the lot, Brandon got the keys and test drove my dream car within 10 minutes … Brandon explained everything so genuinely, and Osvaldo stepped in to help too. Both these guys were super knowledgeable and helpful! I have never been so grateful to find this dealership, and especially our salesman Brandon! He made the process easy, quick and exciting and no sales pressure like other dealerships! 100% would highly recommend this dealership and especially Brandon! Hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I went through Edmunds and I received a good offer from Carmax. It went smooth and took about an hour once I got there. I did not get to talk to anyone about the vehicle, but I did tell the woman I was working with about the new tires and battery, which would help them with their sale. I was told that the offer I got via Email was accepted and about 20 minutes later I had the check in hand. It was great.

I needed a car immediately, I had tried other places and been denied. I found Carmax Kenosha and my knight in shining armor, Roblin saved me! I sent him all my documents online, showed up and walked away with my brand new car in about an hour. He went above and beyond to help me find a safe, reliable and beautiful car, with my really tight budget. I could not be more happy. I wont be shopping for cars anywhere else!!

The facility is really nice, well maintained and clean. The staff provides excellent customer service, especially Ms. Melissa from the Businesses Office. Selling a car is easy and fast; they even provide a ride home. They also have lots of cars for sell, I'm definitely coming back.

I recently purchased a vehicle and did not have the best experience. My sales person, Nolan contacted me via text and call last night after 8pm, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. There was significant pressure to purchase the CarMax extended warranty. While I do understand it is part of the sales process, it shouldn’t take two “No’s” to get my point across, regardless of the age of the car I’m buying. It felt pushy rather than informative. The most disappointing part was being told the car was being prepped for me to take home and told as I received the keys that it was detailed and ready to go, when it was not. Frustrating, especially since I felt like I did not have to worry about doing anything to the car. I spent about an hour detailing a vehicle I just bought. Overall, the process felt rushed and not as transparent as I would have expected. Hopefully this feedback helps improve communication and future guest experiences.
