10/10 I wasn’t 100% confident that I was gonna get a car but I left the lot with something NICE😍 I would recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a reliable car . Their inventory goes fast tho so if u see something u like get it asap

I wish I could give zero stars. I applied online for a Buick Enclave. When I got there, it was gone. The guy Jamel assured me he receives those at least once a week and he would have another one soon. I needed a car right away. He told me I could put the 1,500 down for the Enclave and as soon as he got it he would call me. In the meantime, he would give me a Pontiac to use. Every week for 6 months he would tell me “Next week, next week”. I paid monthly for the Pontiac with none of the payments going towards the Enclave I was waiting for. After 6 months I told him I just needed anything with three rows because my household size was 7 and we had two children in car seats and a toddler in a booster seat. He had on vehicle with three rows a Mercedes. I did not want the vehicle because my uncle who was with me explained that it was a foreign car and would be expensive if anything went wrong when we started it up it made noise. Jamal said it needed oil and had us take it down to the station down the street from him for them to top it off the guy told me to take it back he said the car was no good. I got back to Jamal to tell him what the guy said he was upset. Said he did not know why the guy said that said there was nothing wrong. I told him I didn’t want the vehicle. I just wanted to know when he was getting the enclave. He assured me nothing was wrong. He told me if I just wait until the paperwork go through that I could switch the car. I had never got a car off of the lot. I’ve always paid cash for the cars. I did not understand that he had went and applied for financing through Marine Credit Union. He told me when the paperwork went through. I could get a different car. Didn’t have to keep that one soon as the paperwork went through and also he never took the 1500 off of the price for the car so Marine Credit Union paid him for the full amount after the paperwork was done. I tried to give him back the car he told me I couldn’t do that and then now my payment was with the Credit Union. I had to get the brakes fixed on that car. It was right away $1600. It was a horrible experience I don’t recommend anybody go to him. He’s a very shady man and I got stuck with a Lemon in the car was no good. That’s why he wanted it gone so bad. I never got the car that I wanted and he got $1500 out of me in six months of payment and then whole almost $9000 for the Mercedes that I couldn’t even keep I do not recommend this car a lot at all. Update: The guy that I had this problem with is no longer working there. This incident occurred 2021
