Midwestern Wheels Inc dba AVIS Car Sales

We recently purchased a car from Michael at Midwestern Wheels/Avis Car Sales, and it was such a positive experience that we would recommend it to everyone and would definitely purchase our next used car there without hesitation. Throughout the process, Michael was responsive to emails, upfront with pricing, and went out of his way to smooth the process which was complicated by the fact that we are in IL and nearly 3 hours away from the dealership. We really didn't want a 6 hour round-trip to end without us bringing home a car, but we also wanted to ensure we were not bringing home a lemon. Michael did everything we requested to ensure it we were comfortable with our purchase and that we wouldn't be wasting our time. The pricing was very fair, and after much research, we were confident that we were getting an excellent deal on a low mileage car. The person we dealt with on Saturday when we went to purchase the car was friendly and helpful, and it was all around a very pleasant car buying experience. My husband loves his new car, and the time invested in getting there was worthwhile, both for the price and the dealership experience.

Bought a 2025 Corolla from Ellyot at this Avis car sales location. She was very welcoming and helpful. This place is not at all like a lot of used car lots where you can feel uncomfortable. After the purchase, I had an issue with the car and I contacted Ellyot looking for assistance. Considering the earned reputation of most used car lots, I was not expecting a satisfactory response. Ellyot and Lee went out of their way to address the issue to my complete satisfaction. I know some people would express concerns about purchasing a former rental car, but all I can say is you should expect some cosmetic issues because renters are generally not very careful with such things, and you should ask to see service records for the vehicle before you buy it. With those two thoughts in mind, I would not hesitate to purchase from this location again. A good vehicle for a good price and nice people to boot.

Great service, Summer did a tremendous job, keeping me informed in regard to the deadlines and details. The car was clean and ran great. The return of the deposit was very punctual and carefree. I would recommend them highly
