Front Row Trucks are Awesome!!! ,I just bought a very Cool, nice little Kia Soul exclaim! Last week Thanks to my Lord God who directed me to Beth and Mike at Front row trucks. I really love my little boxy Hamster 🐹 mobile. The car is getting lots of attention and rides Incredible. Beth was very nice and patience with me.the whole crew are very professional and great to work with. Thank you Beth..,if anyone is in need of a reliable transportation and great service, Go to Front row Trucks and ask for Beth....

Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was hesitant at first going to a smaller dealership but Beth was so incredibly kind and informative during my purchasing process. I came from 2hrs away and she had the truck warmed up and ready to go for me when I arrived. The entire week prior to purchasing, she answered all my questions (even out of the dealership hours), she gave me a fair value for my trade and was patient with me while I was working things out with my finance lender. The whole process was very smooth and I would highly recommend working with Front Row Trucks!😊

Bought a vehicle and was super impressed with the vehicle and the price. I would highly recommend. Very honest and down to earth people. No pressure at all. Car was very clean and Beth and Mike were very up front with everything. No gimmicks, or shenanigans, just nice clean cars at a very fair price. Thank you guys again for making the purchase so easy and painless.

Early 2025 we had the coldest days of the year with record temps dropping well below -30. Our Kia Sorento 2015 engine died. We were now in the market for a new vehicle. Beth at Front Row Trucks were good and helpful. We found a Kia Sorento 2018 we liked but has some concerns after our mechanic looked at it. Beth and her husband agreed to address the issues including replacing brakes. We still had some minor issue with our blind side detection continued to stop working right away. They were able to reset it but then it would keep stopping. We did take it to Kia Bergstrom and same thing happened. Unfortunately, the prior damage may have caused more issues than we realized that we are now finding out months later. We continue to drive without it, after spending almost $1000 to have it repaired. Overall, working with Beth and husband was good, would recommend just be sure to have a 3rd party check things over. Beth was very nice and responded for the most part to our text/emails.

I’m reaching out to share my experience with the 2016 Dodge Journey I purchased from your dealership in January. In just over three months of ownership, I’ve faced a series of unexpected and costly repairs: - A software update to fix rapidly blinking headlights - Replacement of the oil filter housing (thank you for covering that) - Replacement of both tie rods - Replacement of both front struts - Replacement of the thermostat housing - And most recently, a transmission replacement—costing me an additional $2,500 My dad and I chose this dealership because the woman he spoke with seemed genuinely caring and told us "the only problem this vehicle had already been taken care of". She even said, “I’d trust my daughter to drive this car.” That statement gave me confidence. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but reassuring. Based on what I’ve gone through, I would not recommend this dealership to others. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, please get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic before making a decision.
