A LOT of undisclosed damage on the vehicle. The delivery and exchange went smoothly. Denied all cosmetic claims despite not having a single picture showing the damage in the listing. Edit - They've owned up to the windshield scratches and are replacing at no cost to me. Will be upping to a 4 Star review once this is complete.
Nope, what a mistake. Vehicle never had a vehicle safety inspection. Chipped windshield was not disclosed, brakes shake when applied. The tires were all set at 50 PSI causing the tire light to come on in the first minute of driving. Worst of all the splash shield was hanging almost off the vehicle making a terrible noise when driving. This was delivered like this? No way a safety inspection was performed. Carvana makes you deal with a 3rd party insurance company for any repairs, they denied everything. Carvana customer service rep talked to me like I was her husband. Don't make the mistake, test drive before you buy.
Carvana owes me over $220.00 for illegally signing me up for new plates instead of transferring my Disabled Veterans Plates from my old vehicle to my new vehicle and not telling me. Sent a letter to their HQ and they have ignored me Since August 2024. Crooked, shitty service, liars and that's their good points 1/16/2025 Still waiting on my money they stole from me for my plates.
I had an unfortunate experience with this company who, in bad faith, allowed me to spend hours finalizing a purchase and fulfilling all steps of the purchase agreement and decided that they won’t accept the check. They stated that they work with my bank and even put my banks information into the contract only to decide once they have the check, they can’t accept it. This is a horrible company who acts in bad faith and doesn’t uphold their own contracts. As of the writing of this review, they still state on their website that they work with my bank.
