I am very happy with recent service experience. The check in and check out process was fast and smooth. The paperwork was explained clearly to me. I loved the inspection video the tech sent me explained what he did and any areas of future concern. I feel like I got a great value for the money I spent. Thank you soo much :)

Great buying experience. Bought a Certified Pre Owned Genesis, the whole experience was a breeze. Sales person was knowledgeable, no going into a finance manager office, no useless fees. They have a great building where you can even see into the repair shop. Would definitely buy from there again.

I have had a great experience since buying my Genesis GV70 in 2024. They offered free maintenance and valet service for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles (limited to three service appts however). Each appt has been "pain free" as the GV70 has performed wonderfully and needed only regular maintenance so far. I recently had my car services on a day they were severely understaffed but the service dept was able to get my car back to me by the end of the day. Truthfully, I was skeptical of Bergstrom's service dept due to myy experiences their Mercedes location. However, the Genesis dealership has reinforced my decision to buy my car from them.

Facility is really nice, people are great to talk to. Drop off and pick up are very easy. But quality is so so. I dropped car off for quick service. After pick up the entire ride home seemed off and ride was really rough. Got home and sure enough the tech put way too much air in front and way too little air in back. Luckily it was a small issue, but it makes you wonder about larger fixes.
