My wife and I contacted Corbin at Bergstrom Mazda in Greenbay in regards to an internet listing. Drove a few hours & the car was clean / prepped and exactly as described. Our 5th Bergstrom vehicle in as many years. They are a shining example of how an automotive dealership should be run.

I drove all the way from Madison to purchase this beauty! I'm incredibly satisfied with the car & the service I received. Nick B & Justin H were the absolute BEST! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer & they made it painless & seamless for me to drive away with a reliable vehicle; leaving behind my junker that was about to fail me. It was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive! I would return in a heartbeat, but I know this vehicle will last me a long time. They explained everything with courtesy & respect, & never tried to sell me more than I needed. Highly recommend working with these fellas! I took several business cards to share with friends who are looking for vehicles, who had terrible experiences elsewhere.

Have to give a Great big shout out and thank you to sale advisor Nicholas B! He was very patient and helpful with everything I have asked. He found me the perfect car for me of what I was looking for. My anxiety was over the top when I started searching and once I got in contact with him my level dropped and i felt really comfortable working with him! Thank you for the help and making the process goes smoothly!!

Thought it would have just been a quick oil change. Instead, I was treated well by staff, they parked my BKM Series' 20 Teenage Dream, the waiting area was a very comfy/pleasant area, overall it was a good experience. Will be going again here soon. 🥹✌️

Make sure your car is being held for you if you plan on financing online. Sales staff have a serious lack of communication and ran my credit for a sale WHILST selling the same vehicle I was attempting to purchase to another customer. Now I’m left with no vehicle and a hard inquiry on my credit report, forcing me to hopefully find one in the next 30 days to avoid a second hard inquiry. This is completely unfair and unacceptable practice. Basically if you can’t drive to buy the vehicle as soon as you contact them, don’t waste your time with Bergstrom. They’ll only cost you a hard inquiry.
