I’ve bought two vehicles from them so far and they have been nothing but fantastic. If anything goes wrong with the car (which isn’t much) they have gone above and beyond with setting us up seamlessly (shuttle pickup/drop off or a loaner) and are very transparent about everything. 10/10 recommend if you looking for a new Mercedes or AMG. Hailey is killing it over there!

I had my SL500 in storage for almost two years. Took it out, put in the batteries in and my car was not happy! Red lights flashing, sounds going off and message saying to turn off the car. I called the service department and explained my situation, the lady (I was so upset I didn't remember her name) I spoke with was incredibly helpful and advised to have it towed in. James from service sent a video explaining exactly what was wrong. Told me the part would take a couple of days, and this repair was a bit tricky and might take awhile. But he would keep me posted. Part came in the next day, installed and ready to drive within 24 hours of that video! James was helpful, courtesy and had the car delivered as I was stuck with no way to pick it up! This was customer service at is finest!!! Ten stars!!! Thanks James!

The lounge area was comfortable and appreciated. More loaner cars would be a big help, especially for customers traveling longer distances for routine service.
