Bergstrom Hyundai of Appleton

For first time ever, I finally felt welcomed and not taken advantage of for being female! I have been searching for new vehicle (SUV) off and on since last year. Over last two months, after a lot of research, I narrowed my search down to either Kia Sportage or Hyundai Tucson. I had really bad experience in my own city, so I decided to go hour and half away to test drive these SUVs with Bergstrom. I had such an amazing experience working with Nathan at Bergstrom Kia in Appleton and Evan at Bergstrom Hyundai in Appleton. Both sales consultants were respectful, patient, understanding, and willing to help me find what I like without pushing/pressuring me into something just to make a sale. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Hyundai Tucson AWD SEL Plus in Rockwood color I couldn't pass up on! On top of the excellent hospitality I received from both locations, Bergstrom really pulled thru with offering me way better deal for my trade in, then any other locations I have been too. Big shout out to Evan at Hyundai for helping me get back into an SUV that meets all my requirements and then some. Appreciate your follow up five days later, asking me how I like it and if I had any other questions. I will be recommending Bergstrom in Appleton to my friends, coworkers and family going forward.

Connor and the entire team at the Bergstrom Victory Lane location are awesome. This was the most pleasant vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. Connor listened well, paid attention to what I wanted and helped us find all the rebates possible. He was upfront and honest about every detail of purchasing our new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. He even made it possible for us to pick up the vehicle on the date that worked best for us. He was kind, respectful, patient, and his integrity was evident. We’ve purchased many vehicles, many different makes over the past 30+ years. We had the absolute best car buying experience at this Bergstrom Hyundai location in Appleton! Our sales person, Lucas, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the car we chose, he was calm and patient answering all my questions. He was not pushy. We felt relaxed and confident that he helped us get the best vehicle at the best price for our needs!

Dave Berg was an amazing and helpful salesman. He took time to answered so many questions over our week long decision making process. And even after I had changed my mind 3 times on the actual vehicle and color I wanted he was extremely patient. When we came to pick up our vehicle he took extra time to go through many of the new tech options available. He even patiently explain more than once some features that were well beyond this non tech person's experience. We love our new Palisade and would recommend working with Bergstrom!

I have no animosity toward Bergstrom, but feel I must share my experience so improvements can be made to avoid such issues in the future. On June 15th, I arrived at 11:05 am for an 11:15 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, along with a complimentary car wash. All personnel were pleasant, polite and courteous. The facility was immaculate. I got officially checked in at 11:20 and was told about an hour for the service. I went to the lounge to wait and read. Fortunately I had a big book and no other business to tend to. At 1 pm I went to the front desk to check on the status of the service. The individual said the paperwork was complete and he was just waiting for the car keys. He noted how much time had elapsed and decided to personally see what the hold up was. I returned to the lounge. About 20 minutes later he came back to the lounge and told me that the car was just now going on the rack for service. He apologized profusely about the mixup. Eventually the work was completed. I left the facility at 2:45 pm, having spent over 3-1/2 hours there, for a service that was to take about an hour.
