The service that I received in picking up my new pink Cadillac, was absolutely outstanding! Kara was amazing to work with an extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to go through all of the details about the new electric vehicle and had great patience with me asking so many questions . She threw one of the best car parties I have ever had! And I have had 19 of them. Kudos to Kara, and the entire staff at Bergstrom Automotive! Thank you for everything!

I got the unfortunate news that my aging vehicle needed a repair that was not worth completing. We decided that a new vehicle was a better option for us. We were worked with Kara through phone and email throughout the day as I was at work. We were able to narrow down what we were looking for and what our price range was. After work we went straight to meet with Kara in person to get everything signed, and we were out the door no later than an hour later with a new vehicle in hand. I went into Bergstrom/Appleton to pick up my car that had been in for repairs. I asked to speak to a salesperson to see what my car was worth, and that turned into me buying a 2026 Red Chevy Trax. I dealt with Tonya. She was very knowledgeable about the car and made buying very easy. Love the car!!!

I have been working with Ethan Newby on my Trax. He originally helped me secure my lease a few years ago in the color that I wanted (which was HARD to track down at the time) just this week, he helped me buy my lease out early. I knew what I wanted, I knew the terms, and he was able to convince me to come in earlier than I planned (which saved me money) and got me in and out in two hours with a nice mini detail of the Trax. He of course offered me product, but wasn't too pushy when I said no. He was considerate of my time and very accommodating. Thanks Ethan! Won't be back for several years now that I have my permanent car, but wanted to share my appreciation

LOVE THIS PLACE!! My sales representative Shawn B. is amazing! He was straight forward, didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra or something for a higher cost! I have had the car now for about 2 weeks and he has reached out once a week to check to make sure things are going well, to see if I have any question / comers! Overall 10/10 recommend !!
