Dutch Miller Chevrolet, INC.

I was traveling from Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Hickory, NC. We hit a pot hole around the Charleston area. And blew a tire. I wasn't the first car, someone was already pulled over changing theirs. I drive a 2024 Kona and it is NOT equipped with a spare. I do have 3yr plan for Bluelink and they sent us to the closest dealership which happened to be an hour away. Dutch Miller. We Made it there just before they closed and they took the time to suggest a nice clean hotel for my 2 grandsons and I as my Husband couldn'tmake the trip with us. After I called and booked the room they arranged a lyft driver to pick us up and take us there. The next day, I kept in contact with Levi, my Service representative that I had been working with. Unfortunately they had to order my tire. It wouldn't arrive until 3pm that afternoon. The Hotel he suggested had plenty of things going on to keep us busy. Also, all within walking distance for us to get around until our tire was fixed. They sent a lyft driver to pick us up once it was finished. We were back on our way to Hickory around 5pm. Although I wish it would have been sooner, the grandkids and I made some fun memories in spite of our mishap. I appreciated the thoughtful suggestions, a great location to stay at and working us in at closing time!

Lori Beth really made sure to go the extra mile. Not only did she help me with knowing where everything was in the waiting area, she kept me informed while waiting. The oil change service was quick. She was very informative when going over the recommendations , I love that I got a video to show me why these recommendations where in place! Then she walked me to my car and even opened the door for me! Excellent customer service, decent prices and very professional and friendly! Will be coming back

I had appointment for oil change. I was greeted promptly, young woman assisting me was friendly and professional. The gentleman at the desk was also friendly and helpful. I had opportunity to have pleasant chat with Aaron. At checkout, Devon was smiling and answered questions I had about my rewards program. All in all, taking time out of my day for routine maintenance on my vehicle was actually not so bad.

Kristy was absolutely amazing to work with. Thank you for helping make this new chapter in life possible! Kristy you were the blessing I needed to push forward so I thank you for that. I absolutely love her…. God is good!

I would like to give a special thanks to Kristy Holman, The very nice sales lady who went out of her way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted in a truck. My experience with Dutch Miller Chevrolet has been excellent and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle to go down and talk to the friendly staff or Kristy about a vehicle because I will definitely be back.
