Gave Deposit over Phone for Sight Unseen 2016 Ford Explorer for Saturday Delivery to be picked up and go back to the office to sign the financing agreement. Unfortunately Saturday morning the vehicle had electrical issues and delivery never happened neither did signing the finance agreement. Vehicle is not really in condition for sale. Now it's almost a week later and I still don't have my credit card deposits back. I will never deal with them again.

Purchased a vehicle found several bags of meth when I was cleaning it after owning it a couple days inside the SUV as well as pills and some kind of crushed substance in the console underneath the rubber padding. I have kids this is unacceptable they can expect a law suit from I have all the proof pictures and police report where I had them run a dog who then found more drugs in the suv! They try to get you to put a down payment down on a car that you want, then if you agree after you you do their non credit check credit application the can come back and tell you they can't sale you the vehicle you want unless you come up with another $1000, after they done quoted to you what the down payment was supposed to be. That is what happened to me! They told me they needed another $1000 AFTER HE DONE TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED THE DAY BEFORE. SUDDENLY I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE HANDING HIM ANY MONEY. Although He asked i told him "I DoNT WANT ANy other vehicle! In short they lied! So I would not shop ther!!!
