I took my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox LT in for service this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out under an hour! I love the fact that I can bring my own supplies to the service center as I only prefer NAPA parts and oil. Jim Conley, the service manager, is perhaps the last breed of an ethical ASE mechanic in the tri-state! He personally trains and mentors the service techs on domestic and import manufacturer vehicles. I wish that the service department was open on Saturdays, but they do a great job regardless and most service centers at the big dealerships are closed on Saturdays anyways. Spurlock's service department does report to Carfax so that is also a plus! I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a quality pre-owned vehicle to schedule an appointment with Sam Spurlock. The vehicles are reconditioned to ensure quality and reliability. Spurlock's do treat their customer's like family! I can attest to this personally! I've purchased two cars from Spurlocks and had them both worked on. While I do think they are a bit high on repair costs (because they use OEM parts rather than less expensive alternatives), they do good work.

Sam will tell you anything to get a sale. Got a jeep and have had nothing but problems with it. Was in the shop a week after buying it. The motor started to knock a few week later now the radiator is leaking. Would never recommend anybody dealing with him... The guys in the garage are really nice and will do all they can to help u but Sam your a pos!
