Had my 2011 Altma in for a collision repair recently. It took a very long time to complete the job, they are just about completely indifferent to customers concerns. In my case my license plate somehow was missing and I had to drive an hour and make many calls to find. Be advised that was my experience.

The last week of November, I scheduled service. I told them what I needed done. He said, "that bumps you to needing a technician." On the appointment day, December 2, I called to confirm. He wanted to do know what I needed done. I went through the list. He said one o'clock. When I arrived it was like they never heard of the scheduled service. There were about 5 employees standing around there. They wanted to know what I needed done. To not miss anything, I said that I would go and get my book. While doing that I saw an employee and asked if I could trust this place, He said, "I guess so." I said that was not very convincing and he said again, "I guess so." I went back inside and said that I would go somewhere else. The five plus the one that I had asked got a a good laugh as I left. I went to Valvoline on MacCorkle Ave to get the oil changed. I will go to another Honda dealer for the other services needed.

I would give 0 stars if the option was available. When getting a repair this company uses “Car Wise” to update you on vehicle repairs. For several weeks the app consistently updated and sent reminders for the date of pickup. The Monday before “expected pickup” I received a notification that the time changed from 4 PM Friday to 2:30 PM Friday. Living two hours away, I had to take the day off of work in order to pick up my vehicle. I called the dealership around 3:30 and was informed that the vehicle would not be ready until Monday and not to look at the car wise updates. I was informed the vehicle was being calibrated at Joe Holland, and then would need buffed. I asked if there was any way we could wrap that up today, due to me already being in Charleston. Joe, from the body department, claims there is no way to expedite the process and finish the car on the pickup date provided. Looks like another 70 mile drive and missed day of work Monday. Yay!

Tools were left in the engine after repairs. Brought the car back in with a different problem, told them there was a tool left from last repair, and was informed that the tool didn't have anything to do with the current problem. We didn't think it did, but it could've caused MORE problems if it had fallen out while driving. After the car sat in the shop for 6 days (over the weekend), called and asked the status of current repair. Was told there was no "appointment" made for the repair so they haven't looked at it. RIDICULOUS!! Never seen such unprofessional and rude people in my life.
